How do I book my birthday party?

Booking online is the fastest way to ensure your date and time are available for your party. Book early so you can guarantee your first choice date and time!
What is the deposit?

Deposit is due at time of booking. The remainder of the deposit must be paid at the beginning of the party. Add on's must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
Do I have to pay when booking my party?

In order to reserve your date and time, a deposit is required to book your party and hold your spot for you.
What do I need to bring for my party?

There are three packages you can choose from when booking your party - those who are up for a little DIY to those who just want to bring the birthday cake, we are ready and excited to celebrate your next party with you!
Do I need to sign a waiver before playing?

All guests in the play space must sign a waiver before playing.
Can I play whenever you are open?

Free play is open for all - check our Facebook to know when we are closing to the public to host a private party. These are typically held on weekends, so double check online before coming in to play!
Are shoes allowed in the play space?

No shoes are allowed in the play space. Socks are recommended to be worn.
Who do I need to pay admission for?

Any child who is actively playing or interacting with the toys and equipment in the playroom at any time must have a ticket.
What age range do you recommend?

Our playroom best suits ages 1-10, but we invite all the join in the play! Our arcade has games for all ages, from children to adult!
Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Outside food and beverage are permitted, however they MUST stay on the designated party tables at all times. No food or drink of any kind (including gum, candy and bottled beverages) are allowed in the play space. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND are permitted
What can I use to decorate?

We ask that you use the pre-existing hooks GO WILD! has on the walls. Absolutely NO glitter, confetti, slime, or piñatas are allowed - including confetti filled balloons. No tape may be used to adhere decorations to the painted walls and nothing can be hung from the ceiling.
Can I bring a device to keep food warm?

No crock pots, hot plates or other devices requiring electricity are allowed without prior permission. Please reach out if you need to inquire further.
