Service Description
Private Playroom Area, 90 minutes of play. White table cloths, napkins, plates provided. FREE PASS for future day of play for Birthday Child! If you would like to decorate, it is recommended to add 30 minutes! Please note, 30 minute add on will be added to the last 30 minutes, start time does not change.
Cancellation Policy
- Outside food and beverages are allowed but MUST stay at the designated tables at all times. - No food or drink in the play area at any time, no exceptions, including gum, bottled beverages and candy. - Alcoholic Beverages are NOT PERMITTED on the premises - Hot plates, crock pots, or other devices that require electricity are not permitted unless pre-approved. - You may arrive NO MORE than TEN MINUTES prior to your start time of your party. Your start time and end time are locked in. - You must start packing up Fifteen Minutes before your party end time. An attendant will give you a 15 minute warning, and will help you pack up. - Any time exceeding 15 minutes after your party ends will be billed at $35 per 15 minutes. - It is your responsibility that your party guests leave at the designated time. - No shoes are to be worn in the playroom or activity mats. Socks are advised. - All guests will be required to sign a waiver before playing in the playroom. - Any damage done by a guest of your party to Go Wild property will be your responsibility financially. - Any centerpieces or decorations broken or taken by your guests will be your responsibility financially, which includes having to replace an item that can only be placed in a bulk order. - Absolutely NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, SLIME OR PINATAS ARE ALLOWED, INCLUDING CONFETTI BALLOONS - Any decorations brought in must be adhered to the wall using the existing hooks - absolutely NO TAPE on the walls or other items hung from the ceilings. - Go Wild is not responsible for any stolen or damaged goods belonging to guests. - The remainder of the balance is due at the beginning of your party. CANCELLATIONS: Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Valid credit card must be kept on file. In the event you need to cancel, you must do so within 14 days of your party date to avoid cancellation fee. We are happy to reschedule if your child is ill or there is an emergency with proof. ANY NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL BALANCE. CHARACTER CANCELLATIONS: Once Characters are booked, they can't not be taken off bill balance. Character actors have busy schedules and sometimes cannot rearrange their schedule. If cancellations happen, they lose the ability to fill that scheduled slot. If your party has been rescheduled for any reason we will discuss character appearences with you at that time.
